KIMBERLEY AGES & STAGES PROJECT Because the early years are so important, we provide the Ages & Stages Questionnaires, a tool to help you support the best start for your child’s life. On the questionnaires, you will record your observations about things your child does in areas of communication, gross and fine motor, problem solving and social-emotional skills. Have fun as you celebrate the many accomplishments! Completed questionnaires are scored and returned to you with some ideas and fun activities that will support your child’s next steps. If you have indicated any concerns, we will provide you with support for accessing information and community resources if you desire.
If you have questions regarding any of the programs, please call Chelsie: 250.427.0716 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
